A recording of one of Where a Single Footprint Lasts a 1000 Years performed as part of the ‘Irish Polar Heroes’ concert in 2012 at the National Concert Hall, Ireland. The piece was composed by Michael Holohan and based on writings from Shackleton’s diaries of the expedition from 1907 to 1908 in which the team he led came within 90 miles of the South Pole.
